LeLozère knives

The LeLozère knife originated in the Vallée Française, in the heart of the Cévennes.

Today, the LeLozère is crafted by Nicolas Mourgues in the Chapeauroux Valley in northern Lozère at a family farmhouse in the hamlet of L’Hermet, within the municipality of Saint-Jean-La-Fouillouse.

The LeLozère is an authentic knife weighing just 35 grams (in its "hiking" version); it is available in a variety of wood species, carefully selected for their mechanical properties and diverse aesthetic qualities.
