We first discovered this knifemaker with the production of his small knife knives in olive wood and juniper which are very affordable. Then we looked more closely at his other pieces to discover incredible knives with flexible mechanisms and finishes well above average. The shapes are simple and pleasant, inspired by old European knives, or more personal inspirations. And if these knives are not perfect yet, the price / quality ratio is really unbeatable.
We hope that Julien continues to surprise us for many years.
