La Bonne Trempe knives

Established since 2021 at Rouet de Boulary in the town of La Monnerie Le Montel, the La Bonne Trempe workshop produces typical knives, in the local cutlery tradition.

Installed between the walls of a spinning wheel dating from 1750, these knives are handcrafted, from the forge to the finish.
