Atelier Blumi knives

Based in the Ardèche region for about ten years, Pierre Almanzor founded the Blumi workshop after graduating from the École Boulle, driven by a desire to design understated yet elegant furniture at various price points.

He primarily works with regional woods such as chestnut, ash, oak, beech, sycamore maple, and walnut, creating durable pieces deeply rooted in their local area.

Under the Astral brand, which originated during the golden age of Art Deco, he designs and produces table, folding, and utility knives, crafted as unique pieces or in limited editions.
