1515 Laplace knives

1515 folding knife - Manu Laplace

Manu Laplace is a pure, true lover of knifemaking, big fan of settings, maniac of finish. And if cutlery seems to run in his veins it is no coincidence : great-grandson of Gaspard Cognet, creator of the world-famous Douk-Douk knife, raised by his grandfather Guy Cognet, he grew up in the middle of the workshop. And it is in 2001 that he begins to leae his mark in the wake of the family heritage by creating his knife the 1515.
And since, Manu shares his life with this knife-being he wanted out of time. Thanks to this pocket knife, he will open doors to unexpected worlds, and incredible cooperations such as the jeweller Philippe Tournaire, S. T. Dupont, Mareuil leather company, or Verney-Carron. And Manu is grateful to his knife. An extreme care is taken for the choice of materials and their association. Each model, imbued with the will and the intention of the creator, tells a special story that will enrich the course of his future owner.
