In Foix, the story of cutlery begins in 1754 with the birth of the founder of the cutlery. Since, the cutlery named today Savignac has been pass down from heir to heir for more than 250 years.

Today, Olivier Montariol decided to revive knifemaking in his city. He proposes a modern version of the traditional Capucin of his city, and new creations. His magic words : to have irreproachable knives for the best price.
