Old Bear knives

The Old Bear knife has been created by the Italian Antonini company in order to celebrate the 90th anniversary of this famous Cutlery.
Antonini used all his expertise in handmade knifemaking to produce a simple, safe and ergonomic knife.
The handle is made of oil-treated American walnut wood or olive, and its blade is made of stainless steel, hand-sharpened with a natural stone. This knife has a convincing mechanic ferule hat locks the blade close as well as opened.
