HIGONOKAMI knives

The Japanese Higonokami knife is a folding knife type Piemontais, with a tradition of 160 years of manufacturing. The blade San Mai is a sandwich of three layers whose heart is a steel disk, Shirogami or Aogami very high carbon content, 60 to 64-66 HRC. Knife very popular in Japan, this is the French Douk-Douk or Opinel knife. Imported directly from Japan, Higonokami for a modest cost, is to use without moderation, manufactured in the purest traditions of Japanese cutlery.
